There are a range of high performance coaching programs available to business owners, CEO’s and their teams depending on the current priority. Here are some examples:

1-2-1 Coaching

The most accelerated business coaching program is the 1-2-1 program. This program is focused solely on your business with you and often your leadership team. For businesses looking to grow $Millions and for the owner to have the business work without them. Weekly or fortnightly sessions.

Group Coaching

Part of group coaching is that members work in a group setting with other business owners. These programs are designed to educate you on how to grow profits and revenue. Many business owners know that they will benefit from coaching, but either do not want to or are not ready to commit to 1-2-1 business coaching.

In ActionClub, members work in a group setting with other business owners. This program educates on best business practices and teaches how to grow revenues and profits. ActionCub is a perfect way to learn about the coaching process before taking the step to one-to-one coaching. Scheduled fortnightly sessions throughout the year.

Team Workshops

How do you create a training program best suited for your business? A good place to start is your employees. Assess them by first defining their needs and goals. What skills will help our employees successfully reach their goals?

Alignment Session

Conducted as part of every 1-2-1 coaching experience, the Alignment Sessions are also available to those seeking greater clarity and in particular with those closest to the business owner – their business partner or life partner. Your alignment session is a 4-hour planning session on you and your business. This is where we identify your personal goals and ambitions; even working on and planning your bucket list. We then go much deeper on your personal and business 12 month aspirations.

MasterClass Series

The MasterClass series encompasses a number of subject-specific workshops for teams or groups. These training sessions run the gamut in professional development, including Sales, Customer Service, Teamwork and other areas. The focus is to teach professional skills as well as other aspects of everyday business.

DISC Assessments

These tools are designed to improve many business function areas like streamline the hiring process, reduce turnover, build a great team, and customize training, as well as increase profits, sales and customer services. Gaining understanding into personalities, learning styles and behavioural traits makes managing business easier and more productive.

Captain’s Club

You’d probably be surprised if you knew how few business owners actually plan for success. The Captain’s Club meets every quarter to develop 90-day planning cycles for the business. It is offered in a group setting to give clients an environment to share ideas with other business owners. Full day event.
